2. SOS Artista App
The SOS Artista app is designed to run locally on the user’s device.
The app:
- does not require the creation of a user account;
- does not request sensitive permissions;
- does not require an internet connection to function;
- does not use advertising;
- does not use analytics tools;
- does not collect or transmit personal data to its own servers;
- does not share personal data with third parties on its own initiative;
- does not send images, projects, settings, or other content to external servers.
Projects, images, and settings created or used within the app are saved exclusively to the local storage of the user’s device. The party responsible for this policy does not have access to that information.
The app also allows:
- saving images generated on the user’s device; and
- sharing files or images using native Android options.
These sharing features are activated only at the user’s request. SOS Artista does not transmit this content to its own servers, nor does it determine the recipient. If the user chooses to share a file or image through a third-party application or service, such as email, messaging, or cloud storage, the subsequent processing of such information will depend exclusively on the service selected by the user and its own privacy policy.

The sos-artista.com website is for informational purposes and serves as a support page for the app.
This website does not include contact forms, registration areas, user accounts, personalized advertising, or proprietary analytics tools. Nor does it use tracking or analytics cookies.
4. Purpose of Processing
Since the app does not transmit personal data to the data controller and the website does not collect personal data through forms, user accounts, proprietary analytics, or advertising, we do not use users’ personal data for commercial, advertising, statistical, or profiling purposes.
5. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
We do not sell, transfer, or share users’ personal data with third parties.
The SOS Artista app does not automatically transmit personal data, images, projects, or settings outside the user’s device. Any action to share a file or image is performed only when the user voluntarily initiates it using native Android options.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
The app does not store personal data on external servers.
Projects, settings, and images created or managed through the app remain on the user’s device or in local locations chosen by the user, such as the device’s gallery. The user can delete this content from within the app itself, from the gallery, or using the Android system’s storage options.
If the user shares content via third-party apps, retention and subsequent deletion will depend on the services chosen by the user.
7. Security
Since we do not receive or store users’ personal data on our systems, the risk associated with our systems is very limited.
The data that the user saves locally on their device is protected by the security mechanisms of the Android operating system itself and by the security measures configured by the user on their device.
